What the municipality gets
Individual decisions on individually adapted education are administrative law: advance notice, legal basis, reasoning and the right to appeal – and afterwards an IOP that must be evaluated every year. The engine turns those requirements into structure instead of a checklist. The module processes special categories of personal data, and we provide documentation for the municipality’s data protection impact assessment (DPIA) before start-up.
